Are you eager to run IT businesses, not just code or manage projects? Then, it’s not enough to be just a good engineer or manager to reach a C-level position. The tech world is changing rapidly, and companies seek leaders who can align AI, business strategy, and people management. This is specifically why this SET University’s master’s program was created.
You will gain in-depth knowledge in strategic technology management, learn how to scale your business, make data-driven decisions, and effectively use AI for various processes. Our tutors from CIA, Google, Uber, Berkeley, and SoftServe will share their first-hand experience, and you will be able to practice new knowledge by working on real business cases.
The program is customized to your background: AI Architecture Track for technical specialists and Business Leadership Track for managers. As a result, you will not only gain fundamental knowledge in innovation, but also master key soft skills that can’t be replaced by AI: critical and strategic thinking, communication, EQ, and negotiation skills.

Nick Gicinto is an executive security leader and veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). After transitioning to the private sector, Nick was instrumental in establishing insider threat and intelligence programs at both Tesla and Uber. He also assumed the role of Vice President at RiskIQ, which has since become a part of Microsoft. Subsequently, Nick played a crucial role in helping Chainlink Labs, a prominent blockchain company, establish its security intelligence program. In addition to his corporate endeavors, Nick serves as CISO and Professor of Practice in Cybersecurity at the William Jewell College and Adjunct Professor at SET University.
Owen O’Connor
Owen O’Connor is a cybersecurity leader with 25 years experience spanning technology, financial services, biotech, and consulting.
He currently serves as a managing director in the global cybersecurity team at State Street, a leading global financial services firm. Prior roles included Salesforce, where he built and led teams in incident response, forensics, and cloud security, and founding a cybersecurity startup dealing with online content as forensic evidence.

I wouldn’t be myself if I didn’t complete at least one professional course a year 😊 Behind me are already four different business analysis courses and a successful CBAP certification, and now it’s time to try something new for myself.
To be honest: this was a challenge. The first topics in the solution architecture course were understandable and logical, as they overlapped with business analysis. However, when it came to actual solutions, I felt a bit intimidated since I don’t have a technical background in programming or technologies. At one point, I found myself thinking, “Why did I come here?” I struggled with homework on C4 diagrams 😅, especially when it came to depicting code structure 🥲.
But I made it! And it’s all thanks to the support of the course instructors, especially Oleksii Popov. I really appreciated how invested the instructors were in the students’ success and how they genuinely cared about us, while remaining the toughest judges—difficult to impress during the practical sessions 😁. The simulation of real-world conditions was just flawless 😀.

I don't understand which track I should follow
A track is a learning path that students will follow depending on their previous experience. If you come with a non-technical IT background, we recommend choosing the Business Leadership Track, where you will improve your technical knowledge yet focus mostly on management.
If you are a representative of technical IT, we recommend the Tech Track to upgrade your hard skills along with strategic management and aspire to technical C-level roles (CTO, Head of AI, etc.). If you feel unsure about your choice, we will be happy to consult you.
Do I need to know how to code?
If you apply to the talent/business track, then no, you don’t, cause you will learn additional technical skills during your studies. If you apply to the tech track, we suspect you already know how to do it 😉
