From Junior to Senior: How to Build a Successful IT Career
ABOUT THE EVENT
Starting your journey in tech can be overwhelming, with countless paths to choose from and just as many questions. The job market for juniors is tough, and to become a mid-level developer, you need experience as a junior. But how do you gain that experience when entry-level positions are scarce? Should you start in outsourcing, dive straight into a product company, or invest more time in education? And speaking of education, how crucial is it for career growth?
It feels like a never-ending loop! That’s why we’re teaming up with –––––– and Unit.City to host an event for those just beginning their careers in tech. Join us as we seek answers with experienced recruiters, HR professionals, technical hiring managers, education experts, and business owners!
