Education is Power

We believe that education lays the foundation for Ukraine’s future recovery. One of SET University’s key objectives is to promote equal access to quality IT education for Ukrainians. This is especially important amidst the economic and social challenges posed by the russian invasion.

SET University is launching a grant system that covers tuition costs for master’s program students.
The number of grants is limited, but you can apply as many times as you wish.

Who is Eligible to Apply for a Grant

Members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as veterans of the Armed Forces

Children and spouses of active-duty military personnel and veterans

Ukrainian women who work and aspire to develop in the IT industry

Young innovators: winners of olympiads, hackathons, startup founders, and talented professionals with achievements in the IT field

If you do not see yourself in the list of categories but believe you deserve a grant, apply and share your story in a motivational letter.

Basic Requirements for Program Participants

Admission in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s requirements

Clear motivation for studying

Active participation in university life

Knowledge of English at a level no lower than B1

Eligibility for the declared category

Compliance with academic performance requirements

Possession of basic technical knowledge and sufficient time for studies

Selection Process

Important: The number of scholarships is limited and granted based on recommendations from university experts

Step 1.
Fill out the registration form and provide documents confirming your eligibility as a candidate for the scholarship program

Step 2.
Complete the motivational test as well as the IT competency test

Step 3.
Fulfill the admission requirements set by the Ministry of Education

Step 4.
Undergo an interview with the SET University commission
