Motivation Letter.

Purpose of a Motivation Letter

Applicants must submit motivation letters when applying for a master’s program at SET University through the EDEBO system.

The motivation letter plays a key role in the selection process and provides applicants the opportunity to express their motivation, interests, and academic goals to the admissions committee.
The motivation letter serves the following purposes
Expressing Motivation: The letter allows the applicant to outline their motivation for pursuing a master's degree. You can explain why you are attracted to this particular program, which aspects of the study interest you, and what benefits you expect to gain from this experience.
Identifying Academic Goals: The motivation letter gives you the chance to express your academic goals and ambitions. You can explain how the master's program will contribute to your personal and professional development, as well as the knowledge and skills you plan to acquire.
Highlighting Relevant Experience: In the motivation letter, you can mention your relevant experience, which will emphasize your suitability for the chosen master's program. This could include academic achievements, participation in research projects, or internships in related fields.
Explaining Purpose: The letter can include an explanation of your purpose and what you plan to do after completing the master's program. You can discuss your career prospects, further education plans, or the contribution you want to make in your chosen field.
Expressing Personality: The motivation letter allows you to showcase your unique personality, style, and approach to learning. You can share your values, interests, and what inspires you.

Remember

The motivation letter is your opportunity to demonstrate your confidence, ambitions, and deep interest in the master’s program. Be honest, specific, and structured in your expression, and always convincingly argue your motives.
