Generation H: Ideathon and Bootcamp for HealthTech Innovation Development
29 / 10 / 24The HealthTech industry is revolutionizing the healthcare sector. Innovations in areas like MedTech, BioTech, and IoT not only automate processes for maintaining personal physical health but also improve access to quality medical services and contribute to enhancing the quality of life.
In Ukraine, the HealthTech sector is just beginning to actively develop. That’s why SET University has brought together key players from the IT and healthcare sectors to create a platform for finding solutions to challenges caused by the war.
The goal of Generation H is to help young entrepreneurs and startups create technological healthcare solutions that will change the lives of millions.
The initiative consists of two stages, which you can go through step-by-step or join independently:
→ Generation H: Ideathon — aimed at developing innovative ideas in the HealthTech field under the guidance of expert mentors.
→ Generation H: Bootcamp — focused on developing ready projects, obtaining grants, and finding investors and partners.
The ideathon is open to everyone, whether you already have an idea or not. The bootcamp, meanwhile, is for teams that already have a project at the MVP stage or founders working on HealthTech startups.
Winners of the ideathon can advance to the next stage of the program—the bootcamp. Those who excel in the bootcamp will receive a grant of $5,000 to develop their idea. At the end of the bootcamp, participants will experience Demo Day—a final event where the best startups present their projects and have the opportunity to find investors and partners.
Participation in Generation H offers the chance to receive advice and support from HealthTech experts, secure investment for your project, and network with potential partners and investors. Winners will also receive financial rewards to further develop their projects.
