Together with SuperCharger Ventures, a leading ecosystem for the development of EdTech projects, we are launching "We.brave" pre-acceleration program. The program is designed for women who want to start their own IT business. Any Ukrainian woman with knowledge of English is eligible to participate, and experience in IT or a well-formed idea is not required. Applications are now open and will be accepted until August 13, and the program will start on August 20.

“We.brave” program consists of two stages. The first stage is designed to help participants gain all needed knowledge for starting and finalize their ideas for building IT businesses. Participants will get an  access to the SuperCharger Ventures educational platform and will be trained in a step-by-step program that explains all the stages of creating an IT business. Topics covered include creation, validation, and analysis of digital products from idea to pitching, fundraising and investment attraction, key product metrics and financial modeling, brand building, and a product PR. A special feature is the program’s adaptation to female entrepreneurs’ needs. Thus, it will also cover lifestyle topics, such as managing both business and motherhood.

In addition to training, participants will join the professional international online community SuperCharger Ventures, where they will have an opportunity to communicate with entrepreneurs and industry experts from around the world. The first stage will run from August 20 to September 30.

"SET University exists to develop the Ukrainian tech sector and increase the number of productive IT companies. To achieve this, we combine master's programs with shorter-term initiatives, one of which is We.brave. I believe that thanks to the We.brave project, dozens of Ukrainian women will gain the necessary knowledge and networking to start an IT business. The program is especially relevant in times of war, when so many women are forced to look for new opportunities for professional development, both in Ukraine and abroad,"
comments Iryna Volnytska, President of SET University
"SuperCharger Ventures has always been committed to providing startup founders with the necessary skills and helping them save time while launching their businesses. We are proud of this meaningful collaboration with SET University and believe that the joint project will support a new generation of female founders and will be an impetus for the realization of their ideas. We are pleased to share our learning library that will provide knowledge about building startups and investing in mental health for female founders,"
says Iran Qing, Program Manager at SuperCharger Ventures.

The second stage of the “We.brave” will be held in the format of a 1.5-week bootcamp, during which participants and their teams can receive specialized 1-to-1 consultations with experienced experts in the field. Firstly, the bootcamp program will be open to the authors of the strongest projects of the first stage. However, new participants also will be able to join if they are founders or co-founders of early-stage startups or have 70% female team at their startups. In addition, WE.brave provides for the final pitching, which will result in the most promising and well-developed projects to be selected for an international accelerator.

The entire program takes place online so that you can join from anywhere worldwide. Participation is free of charge. Find more about the program and application here
